Greyhawk

The Great Kingdom is sundered, collapsed into chaos after the terrible Greyhawk Wars. An insane overking, advised by a malefic priesthood and conversing with fiends atop his malachite throne, slew and revivified
many of his local noble rulers as animuses, undead creatures of cold, hateful passions.

Great armies once the envy of the Flanaess wander the
lands as freebooting mercenaries and pillagers, stripping the once-abundant treasures of this great nation.
More than 300 years of slow degeneration and decline have climaxed in an appalling tragedy. Hundreds of
thousands of men, women, and children have perished, and many more will follow in the years ahead.

Wounded, Dying and Death

Bleeding
When a character (or being prone to critical hits) suffers any amount of damage then that character suffers 1 point of damage at the end of that characters turn, starting with the turn he suffered the damage. To stop the bleeding (effect) you must either spend on round performing a heal check on yourself (DC 20), or have someone else perform a heal check on that bleeding character at DC 15. A benefit of magic healing of one point will also stop the bleeding.

Disabled
As spelled out in the rules, but in addition: If a character does an strenuous act, then that character start to bleed as "bleeding" rules.

Dying
The character is dying and near death. The hit points are below 0 and the dying character takes no action and is unconscious and is suffering the "Bleeding" effect. If the character reaches the "negative" number of its constitution score in hit points, then that character has died.
