Balbian is skilled with stealth and speed. He seems to be a rogue of somekind but little is really known at this point. He was first encountered at Lenyth Arroways's last stand when he witness Lenyth and his friend Hellaquin had a dissagreement. Balbian followed when Hellaquin ended the verbal assult by fleeing the scene and allowing the party to handle Lenyth. Little is known of this of this Tiefling except perhaps he is a rogue or worst and assassin. He was last seen on the streets of Muskrad Market during the Richfest Festival 586cy.
